Mobile order doesn't always work

A lot of times the store never receives my mobile order. I have the receipt in my app to show that it goes through but when I check at the store they never received it.
$25 reload

It doesn’t make sense that I have to reload $25 when in the middle of trying to spend money within your app. It is deceptive and harmful to consumers. Please allow me to reload $10 when ordering without having to cancel my order and reload by other means

I like the app, I’d like a review section for recent orders. I’ve gotten I think 3 drinks with expired milk in them. The review within app for recent orders could prevent this for future orders.

Why does the app log you out every time you update to new version? I must have reset my password 20 times from that. Hate it. Otherwise, the app design is fine.
$25 reload?

This would’ve been a 5 star review hands down but recently they changed the default reload amount to $25...being a broke college student I can’t do this living dollar to dollar. ? hopefully they fix this soon. Edit: thank you for the response Starbucks team. Now that I know where to find the $10 option I will change my review. Thank you!
Shady changes to reload amounts

This review is solely about the shady changes to payment in the app. The app itself is fine and always works as expected, until the default reload amount changed from $10 to $25 without warning, which felt a bit duplicitous because it would be easy to give away more money than I was prepared to spend, but I dealt with the inconvenience of changing it each time. Now the lowest amount I can reload is $25. Starbucks really needs to hold on to that much of my money at a time? Are you hurting that much? It feels like shady business practices, not that I should be surprised with what’s been in the news recently. I’ll change my review when the $10 default is restored, and I encourage others who agree to also rate one star.
Adding non gift card as payment method

At the store, I was told I could use a different payment method than my gift card. Sometimes I want my work corporate card to pay instead of my own money when traveling for work, but visit Starbucks so often I want the points. I added the other card on the site but it doesn’t work in the app. Thanks for adding this functionality!

I had a very bad experience with starbucks app. It hangs a lot. Bad UX ! Sometimes the screen starts flickering (brightness) and sometimes the app is just blank. I recently downloaded it and since the first day, i have faced a lot of issues - don’t know if it is specific to this version or something else.
