Is it an online order? Not clear till checkout. Is it mail order or based on local store delivery? Search for items very cumbersome.

I fine the use of your app very difficult to use. I have trouble locating my rewards coupons and using the online shopping. I ultimately have success, but it is difficult and time consuming. I hope you can simplify it. Also, why the use of a nick name? I tried four different ones and non worked because they were already used. I will try one more time, however.
cart keeps clearing items added

It is so hard to use the app. More than once I couldn’t find the Alternative Person Pickup section. Then each time I go back the CC changes. Uggggh!

Staples app makes ordering office supplies and coffee a breeze, I can elect to have my orders shipped free in their “ Ship to store “ option or free shipping after $49. I’m really pleased with Staples app.
