Problem with adding coupons

It is not the first time my order has been over a $100 and the app says invalid coupon showing just one item instead of the total and applying the coupon. It’s best to shop in the store but many times I buy from somewhere else because I don’t have time to deal with the app problems.

I need staples for all of my paper towels toilet paper and other necessities I use for my business ! The coupons make me feel like I’m saving money and the products always delivered on time ! Thanks Staples !
App Freezes and Apple Pay Not Working

That App Freezes on start up and Apple Pay says invalid address no matter what I use. No other app has this problem so I’d assume it’s the staples app.

There’s a bug in the rewards section where all rewards coupons are showing the same barcode. Please fix.
Apple Pay doesn’t work

The app claims to work with Apple Pay, but in reality the transaction never makes it out of “pending” status — compared to in-store use of Apple Pay that gets posted in a day. Staples could at least be honest with customers about this bug, but instead the leaves customers in limbo. Need one-hour pickup? Forget about that if using Apple Pay…

Nice app. I knew exactly what I wanted to order, downloaded the app, found everything quickly and checked out with Apple Pay in no time. Super fast shopping experience! There’s just a few things I’d improve on. First, when logging in the app wasn’t letting my username and password auto fill. I couldn’t even copy and paste in my loooong password. Then, when I tried to turn on order notifications it sent me to settings, where I enabled notifications. The problem is the app wouldn’t recognize I turned notifications back on. Although, overall it was a seamless, speedy shopping experience.
