Staples has everything I need in office supplies at good prices with free and very fast delivery and the app is really well designed and easy to use.

Store locator doesn’t work

I’m trying to purchase a laptop, I’ve specified my local store, but the cart keeps showing a store in a different state, and if I try to change it I get an error message. I guess I have to make a phone call.
Password won’t accept a paste

Can’t paste in the password field so you can’t copy and paste a password from your password manager so I can’t place an order

Every time I open the app I have to sign in all over again and then go through a 4 letter dancing captcha! The app never has an accurate record of my rewards or my ink redemption .

After the latest update, the app isn’t letting me sign in. Either gets an error or says says the password is wrong. It’s not - I’ve had the same account for years. Why doesn’t anybody test apps after they “update” them?

How Staples pays for app updates that DO NOT work astonish’s me. AGAIN. Staples your incompetence makes me not want to order anything from you. And literally it has made me have to order from other sources. Just wow. MANY HUNDREDS of of my orders LOST from you Staples. Bye. Heading over to Amazon AGAIN due to your non working app. Can’t login again as usual.
