The app used to work fine but now it won’t let me log in manually, won’t accept my Face ID, rendering it useless. It keeps saying that my email and password are wrong when they are not. I am able to log in on the staples website without issue. App has turned to utter crap.
Fast delivery!

I am a college student and i print on a daily basis. I found that Amazon and Target tend to not have my ink in stock or the delivery would take way too long. I ordered through Staples and i am so happy with the i credibly fast delivery. I am only ordering through staples for my printer needs. Never had a problem, im super pleased with the great price and fast delivery. This is a game changer for me. Thank you Staples!!

This is a very frustrating app because it can make you type in information repeatedly upon checkout. It also kept suggesting I pick up my items at a store on the opposite coast thousands of miles away even though I had typed in my local zip code. They do a good job at the stores but the app needs tweaking to facilitate ease of purchasing. It shouldn’t require such effort to shop at the correct store or to complete a purchase.

Under Apple Pay it kept saying invalid address. It was frustrating. I finally gave up and used the secure checkout method. No more Apple Pay for me on this site.

Every time I leave the app it makes me relief in. Then when I try to log in it won’t let me. Very frustrating!
Interface and store selector are major pitfalls

1. The color choices are too bland and pale. They are very hard to see. There is no readily apparent way to change the appearance. 2. The store locator goes into an extremely long lasting loop when activated., errors out and won’t allow a store to be selected. 3. The linking process between an online account and a rewards account is cumbersome and restrictive.
