Online confusing – Staples: Home, Office Shopping Review

I fine the use of your app very difficult to use. I have trouble locating my rewards coupons and using the online shopping. I ultimately have success, but it is difficult and time consuming. I hope you can simplify it. Also, why the use of a nick name? I tried four different ones and non worked because they were already used. I will try one more time, however.
