The app keeps putting me in New Jersey or Washington even when I put in my zip code or city. Doesn't help me to see what my local store has so the app is useless for me.

Always thought of Staples as a places to buy office/school supplies. I missed out on so much because I often overlooked Staples. This shopping app is easy to find my favorite thing which are Daily Deals! I've found anything from camping supplies to coffee cups at the cheapest prices available.

until the recent update. Now every time I attempt to locate an in stock item in a store, the location constantly tells me I'm in NJ. No matter what zip code I put in, I'm in NJ even though I live in NY. Please fix
"New site" sometimes seems cluttered

I'm a long time customer and have seen many changes in the site. Maybe to younger eyes it doesn't matter, but sometimes there is too much stuff. Staples continues to improve specific searches. (Maybe writing instruments could be better on first result screen.) ... However I could not exit the pop-up box to rate the "new site." That annoyed me. I like Customer Service when I call in also. I don't need to often, though. Sometimes when I have a problem with any other company I think, "Staples would have made it right."

It keeps thinking I'm in Boston, then when I type in my address, it thinks I mean Philly. There is a Staples 10 minutes from my home, but it is picking stores 8 hours away.
