I’m updating my review to say that the recent updates have fixed most of the issues. App no longer crashes and is more reliable. * will not allow me to login. Error says Oops! Something went wrong.... ^ app is working again :)

This app is much worse than the previous app. It’s not user friendly AT ALL. The Whole Foods app is superior! It’s pretty bad when a shopper prefers the newspaper ad over the app!

I love this app! I’ve used the coupons to try out stuff I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. I’ve had a few instances of my coupons not “taking” at the register, but notifying the cashier that something was supposed to be free or a couple bucks off has worked fine. Just a pain when I have a cart FULL of stuff and I didn’t notice that a coupon didn’t take til I’m home, but I love this app anyway.
Can’t get the barcode to display

Couldn’t get the barcode to display at checkout. Kept pressing the icon and nothing. Staff at the store were nice enough to deduct the coupons manually. Please fix this. Thank you.

First of all: this app, which was supposed to be an improvement over the previous version, is not at all. 1. It is extremely slow and it’s a total coin toss as to if it will even open. 2. Coupons straight up will not ring up on my transaction, despite being clipped and my transaction meeting the requirements. 3. Half the time clicking on a link does absolutely nothing. One day, I was able to access every single page of the app, except the one where my barcode was located. The most important thing on the app, was flat out inaccessible. 4. I also feel that there should be a “contact us” link on the app. I do think this app is a valuable tool when it works, maybe just don’t let a 12 year old develop it.
Works but not always

I finally got the app to work but I hate that you have to sign in every single time. Last time I tried signing in, it won’t let me enter and says “can’t find user error 500”. I haven’t changed my password or email so can’t sign in, even after trying to reset it. How about not having to sign in since this is a mobile app. It’s not as if we have our credit card info tied to it so people can make purchases?♀️ Old review: I tried many times to open the app, but it refuses to open. Uninstalled and installed again with no success. Total waste of an app and space on my phone.
Terrible! This app never loads just states it is still cooking!

Previous versions of the app kept logging me out, so I’d have to track down my password and re-enter it every time I wanted to use it. The newest version says no password is on file for my account. What happened to my password? And why can’t I just use my fingerprint to sign in? Sprouts is really doing a disservice to its customers.
