Version 5 Has Some Improvements

The new app version did not make me reset my password; I use a unique complex password for every account, and it is annoying to have to change it for no reason (unless Sprouts had a data breach). Wish list: -Streamline the process to get a coupon; "select" and then "activate" is one step too many. -Login with fingerprint or 4-digit code. -Vegan and vegetarian food preferences. -Barcode stored in Apple Wallet. We need a quick way to access barcode when in the store; logging into the app is cumbersome and the cell phone signal inside the store isn't always strong. I put a screenshot of the barcode and will see if that works next time. I am not comfortable giving out my phone number in the store unless I can enter it in a keypad myself.

I thought I’d give the app a try. Added some deals to use. It worked while walking around the store and crashed at the checkout. Had to delete and reinstall the app. That’s ok, but not doable at the checkout!! Crap app.

I originally posted a one-star review, because the app had too much all around which made it confusing. But now, I am used to the app and the location of things. It did take some time, but now, I have to say it is the best and my favorite grocery app. I really like to estimated cart total. Also, this version has more mobile coupons (I think). Summary: Yes, it is more complicated than previous versions, but once you get used to the app, it is great.

Tried to use app but my store is not listed and cannot even use contact us unless I put my store in. Useless app in this state of non-development. Store is new but it lists plenty of coming soon locations. Poor

It’s pretty good; I like that it saves my list whether or not the items are on sale. What would be better: it should really add up the cost only for those items checked off, not for all items on the list! I want to know how much it will cost to buy the items I’m getting today, not everything on the whole list. Also needing improvement is the weekly ad layout. It only shows the front page. I’d like to see all four pages.

This app is absolute garbage. It won't let me select a store, and will only show me catering options. If I try to look at the ad or other products, it tells me nothing is available.

We love that we can now easily and affordably purchase organic food here in Yuma. The only issue we’ve had is how long it takes to purchase boarshead items from the deli. We’re patient about our order as they are hand slicing and packing for us, but last time we waited, and were ignored by at least three different employees, while we waited to purchase our meats and cheeses. We finally had to say something to get noticed.

Refuses to even open

I tried many times to open the app, but it refuses to open. Uninstalled and installed again with no success. Total waste of an app and space on my phone.
