Like Sprouts, app clunky

I go to sprouts every week and I always pull up my app and try to clip coupons. It’s very difficult to know what you have used already because they remain on the app as clipped. The special rules on each product have to be opened individually, which is very difficult while you are at the store. I would love to see a more functional, user-friendly app.

From the weekly ad, when you click on a product there is no way to just add the item to your shopping ‘list’. And that’s frustrating because then you have to use the search feature in order to locate it and add it there. And then you have to go back to the menu to go to the ad to look for what else you want to add...and then have to repeat to add more items you want to your list. It’s a ridiculous mistake.

Honestly the app is decent— can view fliers, clip coupons, create a shopping list. Problems com when trying to use the app at the store. Only about half of the coupons I clip ever get credited at the register. When I tell the cashiers, they can’t do anything about it, and since there’s no cell signal at my local store, I can’t prove I have a clipped coupon. Speaking of, the app is useless without a cell signal. I can’t access my shopping list— all I can see is the bar code for scanning at the register. Why bother with Luther features if they’re not usable the way they’re meant to be used? Also as part of the signup process, I started getting an overwhelming number of emails for sales and specials. Why aren’t these spammy emails tied into my app? I went on a big shopping trip thinking my app was going to get me 20% off frozen goods like the email said, except I later read the (very small inaccessible print) disclaimer that said the email bar code needed to be scanned at the register, not my app. I don’t think the app is really worth it and I’ll probably end up deleting it soon.

Sign in problem

I have been trying to create an account/ sign in with google for more than 10 times and it never worked. So I go on my desk top to create the account which it was successful. I went back to the mobile app and try to sign in with the new account. I am not able to sign in! Please fix the bug.

We enjoy shopping Sprouts for everything from fragrance mists to dairy. While there may be some items that are a little more, on the whole I feel like we get a much better deal for our health and financially. I know we certainly get very good customer service throughout the store and the app makes keeping a running list and checking specials so easy.

I just downloaded the app. Nothing happens when I open the app. It just stays on the green screen. Please fix this. I love sprouts and would love to have a working app.

Time consuming, difficult to navigate, frustrating, can’t find half the items I want and know are in the store. Took me 2 hours to make a list I can’t figure out how to use once I get to the store. This app desperately needs a tutorial that a user can refer back to every time the app is opened. Go to pay and nothing works so all that time was wasted. I could have made my little scrap paper list, driven to the store, picked up everything, checked out, put the purchases in my car, driven home, unloaded the car, and put everything away in less than half the time and with a ton less stress than attempting to utilize this app that everyone who works at my Sprouts store says I have to have. Definitely didn’t save me any money as my time and sanity are worth much more than 3 coupons (even if I could use them). The idea of this app is good - now make it user friendly.
