This is the worst, most confusing, I’ll put together map I have ever tried to use in my life. Horrible.

The coupon on my app never work in store.

Tried to create an account four times. After completing required info,got invalid email or password each time. They can stick this app

This version is unnecessarily complicated. It also partially logs me out and decides my store is in a different state. The usual crashing glitches were annoying of course, but the last time I tried to use it in the store it wasn’t even frozen; it just buffered endlessly. With my latest download I can’t even search for items successfully. It was nice to have an estimated total as I compiled my list, but the app is definitely not worth the trouble.

As others have mentioned, they overhauled everything without improving much. The list used to have a feature to “delete all” products if the items I added had expired from the sales. Now, you have to delete each item manually. There’s now extra steps to viewing a product. Sometimes products are linked together that don’t make any sense. Like oranges and a random vegetable. Please add the ability to delete all items in the shopping list. I’m just about ready to delete the app, and go back to viewing the ads manually on the website (that’s how ineffective the app is).

I had a few struggles the first time they rolled out the updated look but everything has been fixed and now super easy to use and convenient! Only thing I wish it did was reset my shopping list weekly after ad week because doing it manually takes some time. Other than that love the app!

The last version of the Sprouts app was marginally useable and frequently crashed. The newest version is less than usable. I cannot even get the app to start on my device, though the revamped Sprouts website is crisp and clean after the recent redesign. It’s now impossible for me to use the iOS app at all. Their app designers and programmers really missed the mark again and should do away with it altogether. I’ll be using the website only from now on and until their app programmers can do something successful, I advise other customers to do the same.

I’m updating my review to say that the recent updates have fixed most of the issues. App no longer crashes and is more reliable.

Sprouts App Use on an iPadPro

Trying Again and again

Sprouts ad does not display in a landscape format on an iPadPro. It only displays sideways on the screen-very difficult to manage use of the ad. Contacted Apple and they suggest problem is app related and that the app developer needs to address the issue. Please advise. Thank you, signed Jody-long time Sprouts customer.

Kicked me out of my account

Won’t accept password anymore. Asked to create a new account. Web site crashed when applying Update: May 24th 2018 Credit where credit’s due. Took a while, but Sprouts fixes the app. Back in business
