Why waste the time?

I've reset my home store 6 times and it keeps defaulting to a store in Phoenix. Entire app doesn't feel intuitive to me. I may give it one more try before skipping the entire store.
Still lots of glitches

I have to “select my store location” about 3 different times while I’m using this app in one sitting. I’ll select it once to only notice a few clicks later that the location was not truly “saved”. Pretty frustrating and useless if you have to double check whether the location is correct every time you click elesewhere within the app. I’ve already had one shopping experience where I put stuff in my cart thinking it was a certain price because of what it said in the app, only to discover at checkout that those prices were for a store in another state. Now I’m paranoid every time I use the app about whether the location is correct, but at the this point I’m considering no longer using it if I have to waste time looking up my store and having to reselect it every other click. Other grocery stores have it programmed so that when you get to checkout, you punch in your phone number and the coupons/deals you had selected in the app get applied, rather than having to scan a barcode on your phone. I have had instances where I got to checkout and the Sprouts app barcode took awhile to load or the app was in error and all the coupons I had taken the time to view and select were now useless. I would probably only continue using this app if I were to find out that they made significant changes to the barcode (to work as efficiently as Target’s) or got rid of it altogether and configured their checkout machines to accept our corresponding account phone number. I’m in favor of the latter.

It’s quick on the draw. Pleasantly organized and aesthetically pleasing. I enjoy the challenges. It’s like you what you eat tracking. Makes you pay attention to what you purchase.

Normally I like store apps with digital coupons but the sprouts app is super annoying and inconvenient for shopping. It asks me to log in every single time. If I’m at the store and want to look up an item I must log in. Then if I want to clip a coupon log back in. Then at checkout log back in so scan barcode. Anytime my phone shuts down and I awake it I have to log back in. It’s so time consuming. I don’t have this problem with other store apps, they let me stay logged in and I’m able to zip thru my shopping with ease. Please fix this!!

I hate it. It is inconsistent and difficult to manage. My two Apple devices take me to areas I never shop, such as Albuquerque, I cannot seem to return to the correct store—I hate it!
More bug fixes needed urgently.

This app is full of greats deals and info but is so buggy it rarely works at checkout. I’m currently a head cashier at store 304 and constantly dealing with the issues that arise from this app. Coupons with often don’t go through and there is no way to check if they have already been used. Recently the worst error that I’ve seen with this app is actually having A DIFFERENT NAME AND ACCOUNT pop up on screen than what it says on the users phone. Ridiculous!

I have 1 major complaint. Keep my logged in! Every time I open my app I have to log back in. It will not save my username or password. At least one would be nice. I have quit using it because I get to the register to check out and have to hold up a line to log in to access coupons, so I don't end up using them, defeats the purpose.
