App won't let me login

Every time I try to login in for coupons it tells me there is an error. I have even tried to make another account and the error sign still comes up. I give up on this app it won't let me log in to get coupons or anything.

Just deleted app off my phone. Kept trying to assign a store not in my town - I’ve used this app for months; had my store set up, saved coupons ... now it suddenly wants to put me in a different town (& state!), & doesn’t recognize my password. So I reset everything, & immediately got stuck back in that other town! Not worth the trouble! I can google local stores & go to that website directly. So much easier!

Scan doesn’t work at checkout. I clipped mobile coupon and at cashier the barcode wouldn’t scan. They manually entered the number but the coupon didn’t apply

After shopping and stocking up on bulk items and at the register. App wouldn’t open and they wouldn’t give the 25% off coupon for bulk food. I walked out with. O groceries. The girl at the register says you should screen shot your bar code because the app doesn’t work for quite a few people.

This app is easy to navigate. I love you can make a shopping list and search items for prices. The prices are great.

Found a couple bugs

I’m an employee of Spouts and every so often we’re giving mobile coupons for free items. Normally after we clip the coupon and have received the item through check out the coupon is taken off of the app. Recently that has not been the case. The coupon remains in my list as of it hasn’t been used at all. The other bug I have discovered is again in the mobile coupon part of the app. When clicking at the bottom of the page to go to the next page it only refreshes the first page. I figured leaving a review was the easiest way to let you, the developers, know of these issues as I see that you’re fairly good at responding to those who have left a review. One suggestion I would make is that you include the location an item could be found within the store. It may seem like something redundant to include but the way Sprouts chooses where to stock some of their items is really quite out of place for most things and a lot of customers have difficulty finding stuff most of the time. It might be more trouble than it’s worth on your behalf but it’s just a suggestion.

Works great and very helpful. The tap to remove item from my cart does not work. It disappeared after updating. Would be nice to have a ‘slide to delete’ option. Also, add units smaller than 1lb for bulk items. I don’t ever want to buy one pound of cinnamon.. that messes up my cart budgeting. There should be option to select pounds AND ounces. For items such as rice or oats, maybe I want 1 pound 4 oz.

Difficult to navigate. When browsing thru the ad, any small touch takes away from scrolling and clicks on the food item. Very clunky app
