Redesigned App is useless

I’m a big fan of Spouts and was a fan of the old app, because it was easy to use, usually remembered I was logged in, and was laid out in a convenient way. This new, redesigned app is a huge step back, and after trying to use it for the last couple of weeks for my weekly shopping trip, I’ve given up. There doesn’t appear to be rhyme or reason with the layout, it takes way too many finger taps to get to the weekly ads - and then to navigate through them?! No thanks! I’ll just grab a paper copy now, and coupons - forget it. I don’t have time to spend slogging through 14 pages of items that might have coupons and are very nearly the same item (case in point: checked this morning and every favor of Chobani has some kind of deal - I don’t need to see 30 Chobani yogurts in the list of deal items). I already spend far too much time on my phone, I don’t need to spend even more with this new app. Unless there’s a major update reverting back to some of the old features soon, I’ll be deleting it.

I was excited to shop the grand opening of Sprouts in our neighborhood. As much as I loved the store, the app was an epic fail. My shopping list wouldn’t function, none of the flyer sales would populate, and searching for specific items left me with a blank screen. I’m an avid app user and I’m extremely disappointed that I can’t take advantage of what should function... promo codes, etc. I hope there is an improvement soon.

I use to love getting the mobile coupons! But since the new update took place I have not been able to log in to my account. It keeps saying there is mo password for my email, and when I send a password reset there is always an error loading.

Before the update, it was very easy to maneuver the app and was quick to list the coupons i clipped with the bar code easily accessible, now it seems like it takes twice as long to get to what i need. I really liked the older version, it was perfect to me as it was ?
