Ugh! Why Sprouts? Why?

Really not even a ONE STAR. Yes it used to be easy to read and see and make my lists. It did ALWAYS crash when I tried to click on one of the things on my list. But now. Ugh! Hard to navigate and see and pick clearly what you want. Also it’s crashing and says I’m offline. Makes me not want to shop at Sprouts. Guess I’m going back to the paper list for Sprouts. So annoyed. Get it right Sprouts.

I can not get the coupon barcode to load in a timely manner. I got to the register and waited as long as I could without feeling like I was holding up the line. I had to go ahead and check out without my coupons and employee discount. It makes me feel like they are trying to get as much money out of me as possible.

This update is the worst thing ever! So complicated I gave up and just have to go to the store to see specials or hope it is somewhere posted online. I cant find the weekly ad any longer and when I search...it says no deal found and takes me to the catering menu every time. It doesn't even have a place to select prior week ad anymore on Wednesdays to compare. What a disaster, please fix it or bring back the old easy to use format.

New update is terrible! What did you do? Coupons used to be easy to see and use now they don’t even show up. Terrible just terrible.

This most recent update is so frustrating. I can’t view weekly specials even though I’ve set my store. It’s not useful anymore.

Where’s the vegan category gone?

One thing I liked the most about the older version is that I could select vegan to see which products complied with that, and now I have to go one by one checking if they’re vegan or not. Sure, there are other filters like organic, non-gmo, and all that, but not vegetarian/vegan, so it’s quite disappointing. And another thing I’m missing is the nutritional information of the products, maybe they’re working on it at the moment. It’d be great to be able to check the amount of calories, carbs and all that. I like that they’ve included the products though!

I'm an extremely loyal sprouts shopper. The previous app was very simple and had an outdated UI but who cares, it worked! It was easy to make a list and I could see the specials. I appreciate that sprouts is dedicating resources on the app but THE UPDATE IS TERRIBLE. If I could have kept using the old version I would. Some of the frustrations: I had to create a new password even though I have used the app for years. Every time I want to add an item to my list I have to add a weight. This extra step is unnecessary for me. It's harder to find categories of items. You don't know which items are on sale for which dates. I loved using the app for my list, but I will go back to pen and paper.

The previous version was way better. This version has serious potential but falls way short with confusing layout and copious amount of bugs. I can’t even see the pdf of my weekly ad anymore. I originally was able to see a summary of all my past visits but can’t seem to find it anymore. Please make the app better again.

I’ve tried logging in a million times! When i click on forgot password it just takes me to the main page never gives me an option to reset my password. Deleting the app. So disappointed.
