This is the worst app experience I have ever had with a retail app, and there are some bad retail apps out there. It’s clumsy, you can’t find anything on it, mobile coupons do not work, etc. Store associates have stated they won’t even use it.
Just as bad despite updates

Wow I just can’t believe how bad this app is, despite the endless updates. This latest update (4/2018) changed a lot of the visuals. I still get logged out at every turn, then it won’t let me log in again via Facebook, it forces me to do email. Then I attempt to set store via zip code and it states “no stores found” but then the app sets it to a different state when I go to look at the mobile coupons. It is so clunky and not user friendly. The login is the absolute worst, even with the older versions. Even Kroger can get their app to streamline a login, despite an ugly looking app interface.
Even worse in the newly designed version.

The last version of the Sprouts app was marginally useable. The newest version is less than usable. Ever since I downloaded it I have had trouble logging in with the correct passwords, my passwords being changed, and it’s just not worth the trouble to use it. It’s much more inconvenient than using a computer based login or good old fashioned pencil and paper. Their app designers and programmers really missed the mark this time and should do away with it altogether. It’s much more of a nuisance than a help. Any attempt to use it to save money will probably cost you your privacy and lead to cybercrime.

I just wasted 20 minutes at a Sprouts with employees trying to figure out how to honor coupons and a checkout challenge without the barcodes, which are nowhere to be found.

I pretty much never review apps, but the developers need to know how bad their update was. First, it's absolute rubbish trying to find what I need. I don't want to search through a bunch of sub departments just to see what's on sale. The entire reason I use the app is to simplify my shopping. Second, either they suddenly deleted all of the mobile coupons, or the app is just glitchy enough to show only 4 of them. Why would I even bother downloading an app for clipping coupons if there's nothing to clip? I promise you, people don't care about "building a digital shopping list." It's all about sales and coupons. Third, I've been using the same account for 2 years now. With the new update, my account has completely disappeared. Bottom line, if changes aren't made soon, I'll probably be deleting.

Constantly crashes and most of the times it just flashes white before it even opens. I just want to see what coupons are coming up, not a strobe show... please fix this app I want this to work!

Just updated the app and it won’t accept my password. I clicked forgot my password (even though I know my password) and it won’t send me a reset e-mail. I have given it 3 hrs to do so and checked my spam box. The app asked to use my location and I agreed but it has me in a different state. If I can’t use mobile coupons while shopping I’ll be mad! Update: the app is not user friendly
