New update is terrible!

The new update won’t let me login with Facebook like I used to. I just keep getting an error message. No coupons either, which I suspect is because it won’t let me login :( fix it or you’re going to lose customers!

After using the original Sprouts app since it came out, the new one was such a cluster, I was not able to use it. I deleted it even though I had downloaded coupons.

Since the last update I have been unable to log into the app using my Google login like I had before. The old version crashed on a regular basis. I can’t tell if this new version is better.

I really thought the previous version couldn’t get worse, but it looks near immaculate when compared to this new one. As an employee of Sprouts, I really enjoy the team member coupons they used to issue, but I can’t even find any now. The overall layout is terrible. I can’t even figure out how to change my store - it has my home store in a state I’ve never even been to. I’m not sure what they were thinking when they released this. It’s not user friendly at all. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be for a less tech-savvy person.

While the previous incarnation of this app had its faults, it was far more responsive, organized, and functional this new version. Problems: The app has been completely overhauled, forcing you to reset your password to use the app. Very unresponsive, I cannot change or select a home store and it lags when trying to move from one tab to another. The coupon feature seems to have been abandoned, since there are no available coupons and I cannot access my home store. My barcode that I use to scan for anything available in my app is no longer on the home screen and took a while to find. I spent over 5 minutes waiting for the app to load, and then was unable to use any discounts because I was holding up the line just trying to log in due to the password issue. Positives: It looks nice, and if I can actually create a shopping list for my home store it’ll be a nice feature. Overall, it is a frustrating and disappointing new version and needs a lot of work.

This app is virtually useless after the update. It's very slow, glitchy, and after many tries, can't seem to pull up my barcode to scan at the register. Sometimes it pops up on the screen with a few other buttons to the left, which immediately go away, and there's seems to be no way to open them on purpose. The fact that you have to click onto an item, then scroll down, and click again to clip a coupon is so frustrating and an awful design. Take some cues from Safeway's app which works great, keep it simple!

I never leave app reviews but has to for this because I used this app sooo much. It's so hard to navigate. Searching coupons is crappy. It keeps resetting my location. It doesn't show the full digital download of the ads anymore. Nothing is straight forward. This update is so stupid! Ugh!
