Although I kept having to log in after a few days I could at least use it to get coupons and see the ads each week. I depended on this app because I could access the ad using VoiceOver as I am blind and cannot read the flyers in the mail. Now it keeps telling me I must be offline!

Very frustrating. I just wanted to make a list. Impossible. You have to go through all these pictures and don’t find what you want. I wanted to add bulk oatmeal. I couldn’t find it. It is okay to have pictures but you need the option to just add what you want. The most time consuming and frustrating app every.

Ugh this app did indeed worsen. I used to be able to see your weekly ads on pdf/print view, no longer. That’s what I use your app for and now I have to scroll thru 600 list items-RIDICULOUS! Also on Weds I used to be able to look at both weekly ads, u know cuz they overlap that day, well can’t do that either. FAIL. When u develop an app, maybe get some feedback from ur users, obviously not done. I don’t care about recipes and collections of goods. Lists-ok thats helpful to people I guess. Also Heres another big1: Remember my store so I don’t have to select it every time I open the app. Get rid of the nonsense. Maybe consult w other grocers app maker cuz I can tell ya Kroger knows what there doing! ZERO STARS Get back to work please

If I can manage to get into it (it forgets me every time and won’t successfully log in through Facebook) it’s totally useless. There used to be actual coupons not just a list of vitamin sales. I don’t need a shopping list feature or an ad. I have those things already. The only draw to this difficult to use app was the coupons and now if they’re still there I can’t find them. Get a new app development team. I’ve honestly seen middle schoolers develop an pa that function more efficiently and do more than this dumpster fire.

I can’t even get into the app anymore on my iPhone with my Google login as I used to. It takes me back to the app and then get an error message: “Oops, something went wrong”. Please fix it

Previous app worked well. Updated app is awful, unusable. Can’t log in. Can’t find digital coupons. Very frustrating. Walking away from this. And maybe Sprouts as well.

I’m actually quite impressed. The application before was so terrible, you actually had to work hard to mess it up... especially this bad! I mean shoooot, it was already like a 16 bit operating system before. Somehow, astoundingly, you actually made it worse. It’s 2018 and you actually made an application… Worse. How does that even happen? Let’s start out with Captain Obvious: THERE ISNT EVEN A STORE LOCATOR. ARE YOU EFFING JOKING? Oh no… wait... actually there is one, it just selects for you LOL! But you can’t change it! Are you people smoking hazardous chemicals or something? Gosh it lags. It ridden with pop-ups that I don’t care about, and has so much extra bells and whistles that it does just that and only that: make a lot of noise. ITS A GROCERY STORE APP. NOT ADOBE PHOT SHOP. YOU JUST NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO A FEW BASIC THINGS. THATS IT LOL. #EPICFAIL

This is the worst update. All I want to be able to do is see the weekly ad(s). Not only do I have to scroll past ALL of the individual items to get to the current ad pdf, I can no longer view the previous ad on the Wednesday before it ends! Now, after changing my password (as required), I am still unable to log in. (The app is requiring that I change my password again and giving me an error when I do). I have deleted the app and will no longer be shopping at Sprouts. P.S. The new website is no better!

A sprouts app user before and their latest updates honestly has made finding anything difficult and also it's unusable. Very slow, clunky and just overall a waist of time

I use G+ to sign in to these types of apps quickly. This app is no longer compatible with the sign in or the 2 factor identification, not sure which one. Useless.
