Can’t search

No matter what I search for it always returns no search results. Even if I select on a suggested option it still returns no search results. How do we view a specific product?

I rarely write reviews, but this app is SO bad that I had to. It doesn’t run smoothly, freezes a lot, coupons and deals are painful to sort through, and worst of all, if you are using you “shopping list” you cannot simultaneously see the coupon you’ve clipped for that item. Developers should look at an app like King Soopers to know what’s actually functional.

The new app version made me reset my password. It still does not have a setting for login with fingerprint or 4-digit code. Vegan and vegetarian are still not food preferences! It needs to be added. App still requires a cell phone number; I do not want to share that so I put my landline there. I need a quick way to access barcode when in the store; logging into the app is cumbersome and the cell phone signal inside the store isn't always strong. I shopped recently without using the account card number. Please let us put the membership barcode in Wallet. I will take a screenshot of the barcode and see if that works next time. The way the store is organized is horrible, too. The signs on the aisles are often wrong or misleading, but that's a general management issue, not an app problem. Luckily there are 4 other grocery store chains that have organic products where I live.

Just why? The app has never worked perfectly but at least before the update users could navigate it if it was working. Now it’s the worst kind of mess. Please either change it back or redesign it closer to how it was. Everything on there is waaaaaaay too much now.

The app itself isn't terrible, and I like the coupons, but it signs me out almost every time I use it. And what's worse is that I can't access any of the information without signing in. It's easier to go to the website to get the sale ads. I just deleted app this from my phone. Not worth the space. I shouldn't have to sign into an app every time I open it.

Why why why did you try to fix something that WAS NOT broken??!?!?!?! Prior app worked just fine! Now this is the most frustrating app I DELETED!!!!
Recent updates make the app horrible

The app was great and easy to use before recent updates. It is incredibly hard to navigate and there is no longer an easy way to differentiate between last week and this weeks ads on Wednesday Instead of being able to scroll through the ads I know have to press next for 20-22 pages??? It is extremely frustrating In addition, I can pull up a pdf of this week’s ad but no way to pull up a pdf of last weeks which is important every Wednesday Please bring back the old version that was easy to use and didn’t ask me which store every time I wanted to make a list I used to love sprouts; I am rethinking that because I can no longer easily see what is on sale

Sprouts corporate must really hate its mobile APP customers! Difficult, time consuming useless APP! CanNOT view BOTH weekly ads in newsprint/pdf on Wednesdays so one canNOT easily see what’s all on sale. Instead you have to click through 15 - 20 pages of 90% of un-applicable items. Same picture repeated for 10 -20 items!! The old APP wasn’t sophisticated nor allowed a shopping list. But I used to be able to spend 5-15 minutes for coupons prior to my visits to Sprouts. This new APP is garbage and frustrating! After an hour surfing I still can’t get a good overall list of what’s on sale this week and upcoming week or get coupons (largely disappeared / hidden)! ZERO value! I shop elsewhere more which is unfortunate but I don’t like surprises and wasting my time.

The new update is garbage, I used to love shopping at sprouts but now that I can’t see the ad online and the app always telling me that “something went wrong” it has made me not visit the store anymore since it’s so far away from my house, i see no point of taking a 30 minute drive just to gamble to see if they’ll have good deals, very disappointing. ?
