Unsafe, poorly maintained bikes

I’ve rode 5 different bikes and 4 of them had major safety issues. I was going downhill on one and the brakes wouldn’t work (brakes on Spin bikes are often bad). I got a passive reply from customer support. Other issues: loose handlebars, handlebars that wouldn’t turn front wheel, ongoing app issues. They have no concerns about safety - there’s no lights on any of their bikes unlike LimeBike. The bikes are extremely crude. The tires are proprietary foam blend but you feel literally every hairline bump in the road. The handlebars are out of sync w/ front wheel and as an avid biker this throws you off/ is concerning...

Saw a bike, whipped out the app and was riding away in less than a minute. Bikes are good quality and it's great to have a bike whenever I want it!

I downloaded this app hoping to not only find a good bike share, but because Spin was advertising free rides with first download/new users. Upon downloading I noticed I didn’t get the free ride credits, so I reached out to customer service. Customer service didn’t even bother responding to my inquiry AT ALL. I’ve deleted the app and will be happy to use the two other very well run bike shares around Seattle instead.
Multiple bikes is hard

My family and I wanted to rent multiple bikes and it took us 20 minutes to be able to unlock them all. The app makes this extremely difficult. It doesn't show this option, so we had to exit out of the app a few hundred times in order to use three bikes. The bikes were nice, but changes must be made for this app.

I purchased 8 spins this weekend, and loved it so much I decided to buy the annual plan! Everything has worked flawlessly thus far, though I do have a bit of feedback. 1) The UI should be more descriptive. I thought I was getting charged for my free getting started rides bc it said $1 during the ride. This was corrected in the ride history where it later said $0. 2) I think you should record some basic stats such as total rides, total time cycled, time cycled so far this week, etc. it would be nice to know these things. Thanks for coming to Miami Lakes!

I took a spin from downtown South SF to Oyster point. 10/10 Experience, great application and great bike. Much better then LimeBike.
Low availability and not suitable for average sized male

Most of the times I find a spin bike it tells me that the bike needs repair. The few times I could get one, I realized the saddle does not go up high enough. Considering riding this bike only if you are 170cm or below.
