I went to login to see how many machines are open and I can’t even log in anymore. When I reset, my account doesn’t exist. Love flushing money down the toilet! At least most of it was the free money I got for signing up.

Their times are messed up

Drier needed 60 mins and the app says 6, yeah right. Its not one star since the app did not rob me at least. But it is pretty much useless.

The screen doesn’t accurately update to show you what you’re actually doing. The fancy drying cycles don’t give any indication when you select them that they cost extra - I had to find that out after selecting them and hitting 45 minutes for $1.50, then was confused as to why the machine was only running for 14 minutes. Guess I’ll just memorize all the prices at my laundromat because I can’t trust what shows up on the screen.

2 stars until they fix the issues I gave them over the phone. I had to dig to find their support number which is: 1-844-241-5519 I informed them of their lack of features for support prior to logging into the app, as they do not exist on iPhone version 2.61.0 795 My email account somehow got changed over to a .con vs .com - I am sure it was proper beforehand but I won't argue here. Perhaps if their app checked for proper email domain names this issue wouldn't occur? I got them to fix my login by calling them with the above number. They were nice enough to allow me to submit screenshots of what is wrong with the iPhone version of this app. It is likely that this issue is impacting more customers than just myself. I hope this helps all who read it. Apple.. do not remove their support number from this review.

This app was not accurate at all. The washing and drying time were wrong on all the machines on the app . Example: one machine said it was a 6 min eta. And the app said 45 mins. Not at all accurate

App doesn’t work, put money on my account and cannot select washer. Cannot chat with customer service on app because there is room to enter text, but not not submit the text.
Pretty good; some improvements needed

1. The add funds selector should a) show the relevant currently and b) use commas to separate 1,000s. 2. It’s not possible to add an additional increment to the dryer if some additional minutes are needed to dry. One must purchase a full cycle. There’s no good reason for this limitation.
