Won’t let me scan the QR code manually. Instead it keeps automatically taking photos. I cannot adjust it and it ends up always being invalid because it just takes the photo for me instead of me properly putting the QR code in the center.
How?

How can an app be THIS terrible? It’s ridiculous. I can’t tell you how many times this app has just decided to lock up on me and not work. So many infinite loading screens… It’s like you have to make sure that the planets are in perfect alignment with one another, AND that Sagittarius A and Alpha Centauri are in triangulation with your current location for this bloody app to work properly. Sick of it. Get it together folks!
Terrible app, terrible customer support

Honestly, just use quarters because that’s less hassle than trying to use this app. The machines in my unit weren’t connecting so I reached out to customer support. They said they would rescan the machines and it would take 3-5 minutes. I waited 10, but nothing changed. I reached out again and they said it will definitely be done in 10 more minutes. I waited 15, and again, the issue still wasn’t resolved. I reach out once more, only to be told “it will be working again shortly.” I asked how long, if it will be 5 minutes or 30, no response. They don’t know what they’re doing and now I have to use quarters even though my money is loaded in the app. They’re completely incompetent.

Tried to sign up on the app so I can use our local laundromat. Can’t even sign up because it errors out every time. Go find some quarters.

I’ve used this app last year and I used your services back when there was just a website to track. I can barely log in without a spinning wheel that goes on forever and when I select my location it just spins and spins and times out. Are y’all still on summer vacation or what?

This app is total garbage. I wasn’t able to log in to pay for the use of washer&dryer. When I finally logged in and clicked pay button, the request seems to fail multiple times, and I’m not sure if I got overcharged since I’m not able to log in again

Best laundromat in town nice and clean and the washers and dryer’s always working I drive 15 minutes just to come here seeing I have a laundromat 3 minutes from my house
