This app is glitchy. It won’t even let me take a pic of the QR code. It keeps doing it for me and I can’t adjust it. Rather just pay cash at this point. WASTE!!!
App has a lot of issues

I have used the app quite a few times and with issues. This time I came to wash and app is not working. Does not give the option to delete account and return money in account to card. App never works quiet as it should. Very disappointed! I am waiting for a call back or a response to email.

I’ve used this app because I don’t really have any other choice since I live on a college campus and this is the only way to pay for laundry. Every now and then, I receive errors that a payment didn’t go through and that “I wasn’t charged” but when I check my recent transactions, it shows I was still charged for that load and it can happen multiple times in a row. What’s even worse is that whenever I try to click on the support button that is in the app, it says “no email is registered with this account”... but you have to have an email to log in to the app in the first place, so what exactly is it talking about not having an email registered??? It’s been frustrating and I’ve lost a good amount of money due to this issue. It has been an ongoing issue for quite some time now and it’s unfortunate that there hasn’t been a fix about this.

If I could rate it 0, I would. I was only able to use the app 1 time before it stopped working completely. Now I’m stuck with money on the app that I am not able to cash out. 0/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

I just want to do my laundry and it won’t read the QR code on the machine. It just says it’s a faulty QR code over and over. There’s also no 6 digit location number. For something that claims to be speedy, it certainly made my process of doing laundry much longer than it needed to be ?

Makes it much easier to do laundry. Easy to pay and the notifications are helpful so I know when things are done. Much better than the days of quarters!

The App is genuinely garbage, it works inconsistently with the machines. I have lost money from simply having my account be deleted somehow. The live chat support function also has issues. I would not Recommend.
No more bags of quarters
Clean hands no quarters
This is the easiest way to do laundry and makes me not hate it. I despise dealing with quarters and my hands get so dirty with all that change. I think I will do laundry more and not wait until the last possible clean clothing has been worn
