Won’t send a code

Keeps telling me to check my email, text for a code. Nothing. I select resend. Rinse and repeat. This is my fifth time to download the app and have never seen this mysterious code I’m supposed to have to be able to use the app.
iPhone glitch?

I see every other tenant in my building use this app and QR code but it does not work for my phone. Will not scan QR code’s and will not work with ID numbers.
Missing money

I went to add money in my account and it told me that I couldn’t add money because I didn’t have a valid school email. I’ve gone through the entire school year without it having a problem with my email. I tried multiple times, I even deleted the app and downloaded it again. It took the money out of my bank account but the money never did show up on my account. So where is my money???
Fix your credit system

Listen, I understand your tactics when it comes to credit transfer, but is it so important for you to get your grubby hands on the $1.25 I have left in your system that I can’t use to pay for a full wash and dry cycle? 10 dollars. Why? Why not 5? Why is 10 the MINIMUM?! Anyway 1/5 stars, will probably still have to use it.
QR Code Scanner is CRAP

This app is glitchy. It won’t even let me take a pic of the QR code. It keeps doing it for me and I can’t adjust it. It does NOT provide a location pin and the agenda are robots. Rather just pay cash at this point. WASTE!!!

I really like this method of paying for washing clothes - it’s easy, it’s safer then carrying a roll of quarters, and the machines that take this method of payment are newer and therefore less chance of being out of order.
