This actually the worst application i’ve ever downloaded in my life. Multiple times i have paid for my laundry through the app only to lose $1.50 every time because it doesn’t actually dry my clothes fully. Now the app has logged me out & claims that my email is not valid. I have $10 loaded on to this app that has completely gone to waste now. It’s ridiculous that it only allows you to transfer a minimum of $10 into the app because now i’ve just lost money! Screw this application it’s a scam. you’re 100% better off using quarters. Speed Queen is a rip off & stole my money.

Most of the time, the app can’t connect to the machines. But the rare times that it does, paying for multiple machines is such a hassle. You have to wait for each payment to be completed before clicking the next one and it ends up taking between 5-10 minutes to finish the process. The machines I use don’t have a card swipe option so you always have to make sure you have quarters, which is another hassle for those of us who pay everything on a card. Overall, poor execution of what could have been an adequate idea.

Washing Machine won’t work without internet

It is really annoying that if the machine doesn’t connect to the internet ,customer don’t have any coins with them and there is no credit card reader on the machine. You simply have to give up and find another place withers the machine work. The customer service is great though! But it won’t help with your situation ~

Terrible experience - even worse customer service

Spent over 30 minute standing in front of the laundry machines trying to get the app to work. It kept crashing, and wouldn’t take my payment even after trying multiple different forms of payments. Customer service was terrible - asking me questions about internet connectivity and basic steps even after I explained in detail my situation and what I’ve tried. The steps they suggested led me to get disconnected from them because the app crashed — even after I told multiple reps this would happen. The issue is in poor coding with the app, and a general lack of training for employees. I really hope my laundromat changes services. Waste of time just to save them money in credit card fees. All I wanted to do was my laundry. Ended having to go scrounge for quarters.

After update still doesn’t work

I’m a college student, I live on the 3rd floor of my dorm. When I first moved here it worked fine but once it started glitching out it doesn’t work anymore. I have money on her that’s just sitting there and I can’t use it. If I can’t use the app I want my money back. And best yet, it use to let you select a floor. I can no longer select the floor it just shows washer and dryer available. At this point I would really like my money back before I delete this app.

Laundromat not working and app saying “can’t connect to machines “. I can’t refill the card and can’t use the app. Tech support said “they having connectivity problems” it’s 4th time in 6 months that we have this awesome update in our apartment complex. Down time is more then a week each time when that glitch happens. Guys- if you like make it “high-tech” use proximity sensors for payment as backup. So your machine don’t need to be really online. It will just send code to app and back. Or, to be honest... if your service doesn’t work- please refund supplies cost.

speed queen is the most egregious laundry service company ever my experience with them has gives me an incomprehensible loathing for them it’s just a way for your college dorm to rip you off even more chipping away at your savings decide you’d had enough with it? too bad you can wait hours for a live support agent to speak with you only for them to ignore you for 10+ minutes doing who knows what claiming they can’t refund you even though they’ve done it in the past anyhow

When I use apple pay I always can’t return to the rest of the app- I have to delete it and reinstall. Also deposit amounts are in $10 amounts. Sometimes the pay screen wont appear to deposit the money in a machine - and I have to delete the app and download once again. In the beginning it never recognized my email sign in or the password. BEST TO HAVE QUARTERS ON HAND AND BE PREPARED TO CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD TO GET CREDIT FOR THE MONEY YOU CANT USE. SO MUCH FOR LOUSY APP DEVELOPERS

This app frequently glitches out and deletes accounts, but they conveniently require you to put money into your account beforehand so that they get to keep it when this happens. Connections are spotty and unreliable, I’ve actually given up using the machines at my apartments and resorted to driving to a laundromat because this entire system is so broken. Don’t download the app, and don’t buy anything from these scammers.

Never worked but deducts amount

Customer service is pathetic and they dont respond for any concerns regarding the deducted amount. Seems their main focus is on deducting money than making the machines work
