Championship game freezes

The app keeps freezing up while watching the championship game. Internet is blazing fast but all the channels keep freezing up. Spectrum stream must not be able to handle so many people streaming for the game.
Unfair Business Practice for Working Families

Spectrum is in the practice of charging by month rigidly, with no recourse for those who try to save money for necessary services in these troubled times. If you use their service for one day you are charged for a monthly service! That’s right! 30 days charge for one day service without remedy! They do not care about this deceptive practice and how it impacts families EVEN in a pandemic! Be aware that this .mcompany is absolutely scandalous and how it treats it’s “customers”. They are cold and callous individuals and collectively as a business. I want to give them zero stars because they do ZERO for working families!
Freeze Ups, Hourglassing, and Menu Focus Lost

On the TvOS platform, during broadcasts, feeds/channels will lock up and hourglass. This has become a more frequent problem as of late, resetting the app has no effect. Secondly, as the app is used, there is a loss of visible focus in the guide, where the selected program and navigation highlight no longer appears.

More are working from home and cannot afford the luxury of special subscriptions. Please look into adding more movies/shows for viewing pleasures

I have had an account with Spectrum for years and decided to download the app for ease of access. Except, it won’t let me log in, unless I verify my account by calling and also possibly upgrading to Spectrum TV. This is ridiculous. There are so many other ways to verify an account: email, text etc. Why should I have to call, so that you can try to sell me something that I don't want/need. If I wanted Spectrum TV, I would have ordered it. Let me choose how to verify my account to use the app, instead of forcing me to call you, so that you can try to up-sale me. I will just keep paying online.
