Spectrum TV is so awesome you can watch all your favorite shows live, the best part is if your away from a television.

There is a alarming amount of data collected by this app. Also this app blocks the use of VPN’s. This is one of the shadiest apps I’ve came across.

Menu bar at top of screen doesn’t work and will not go away. You cannot access settings, on demand, or my library.

The DVR may as well not even exist on the AppleTV. Completely locks up and can’t finish watching recorded shows/games regularly. Live TV goes dark periodically or loses audio. There is a lot of room for improvement and hopefully they will take the time to actually focus on that app.

Spectrum is the only app on my Apple iPhone and iPad that constantly has a issues. Always, and I mean always, looses either sound or picture or picture freezes and I have to restart the app.

I really enjoyed it before when I was able to listen to some shows in Spanish when it was available now it gives the option when I still have the same settings.

Terrible image quality and the worst guide/DVR interface I’ve experienced. It is the cheapest option given the channel support - I guess you get what you pay for.
Samsung TV App is worthless

About the last 6wks the Samsung smart tv app is been horribly spotty at best. I believe this in intentional by Spectrum. They’re forcing customers to rent their boxes. I call to complain they blame my TV repeatedly. I ask them if it’s my tv then why does Netflix, Disney +, Hulu & Prime Video work flawlessly but not the spectrum app??? If it was my tv these apps would have issues also. Finally they make some “adjustments” and it’s a miracle my tv works fine again. Lasts about 3 days then we battle again. Spectrum is an absolute joke!

It’s terrible. Don’t waist your time. Never connects for any length of time and always “goes round and around.” Nothing wrong with my wireless modem, so the app just doesn’t have it. This is a follow up to the above review. Spectrum always responds with excuses. You can’t fix terrible.
Does not work with iOS 15

This is the 5th update with iOS 15 2/9/22 still does not work says device is jailbroken I should of never updated works fine ok my iPhone with iOS 14 ????
