Now when you open the app on Apple TV you get an advertisement. Seriously?! You keep raising cable prices and now you have to make even more with these ads? Just more crap to click through that I’ll never watch.

The app is a piece of junk on an actual TV. Horrible picture quality, constant buffering, and audio drops. No other streaming app acts like this app. One would think with this being an ISP and TV service provider they would have an awesome streaming app. As with most things Spectrum does, they are always behind the times and slow in technology.

If you get the cloud service thinking it’ll work like a regular dvr you’ll be very disappointed!! Don’t know why they can’t do this, must be to frustrate people and get them to pay more money for the regular cable and dvr services!! Very frustrating that they don’t tell you this after you take the time to call in, asking questions about the best deal on services, getting everything setup, and then find out. Now I’m going to have to cancel all this and go with a different streaming app!!!!!!!

Consistently blurry, whether watching scheduled programming, Cloud DVR or On-Demand content. Totally unacceptable. Only happens when watching through Apple TV - have set our 4K units to match dynamic range and frame rate, upgraded to high speed HDMI cables, all apps and hardware are up-to-date. This has been a consistent problem for 2-years and Spectrum takes no responsibility. We have 1 Gig Internet speed through Spectrum as well… Spectrum, PLEASE invest in your Apple TV compatibility. This is the only way we watch cable now and are likely cancelling b/c it’s so awful.

Very spotty, especially when it is something everyone wants to watch! Reception is not good either, have to reset frequently
