Feel the Burn!
I don't understand why I can't get a mobile boarding pass. It says I have to print them or go to a kiosk. The flights are within the US, not international. Doesn't make sense.

I’ve been using this app for years. The easiest way to book or change a flight. No other travel app, booking website, or airline comes close. Another reason to LUV flying SWA.

Easier to use than any airline app I’ve tried. The best feature is that you can send flight info to your calendar, notes or e-mail.

Disappointing to find it if I book one reservation for my wife and I on Southwest that I can’t have the boarding passes on my phone and have them show up in Apple wallet. Instead I have to print boarding passes the old fashion way. Oh my JetBlue app getting mobile boarding passes with multiple members of my family on the same reservation is never a problem. Somehow it is with Southwest.

I set my alarm to check in the first possible minute i Can and my boarding passes are at the end of the lines. Just tell us up front that we should purchase the additional option for early boarding. Flying with two kids, let’s see if we end up scattered around the plan.

It’s been over 25 years since we went to San Jose on our honeymoon. New Years Eve, we met a wonderful couple who said, “when you come back to Costa Rica, let us know”. We kept in touch, we returned and they opened their home and hearts to us. Over time we lost track. My husband died. When I found I could fly SW to San Jose and use RR points, I started searching for our friends. Through Lions Club, we are reunited. It’s all because of SW first international destination. Great app. I would give it 5 stars if a numeric keypad came up for all numeric fields (passport number field, for example).

In my business, we always encourage our staff to exceed expectations and I use Southwest Airlines when I address our staff in meetings about customer service! They do the best job of making sure each encounter is a positive one! Keep up the good work!
