Ever since the new App (with the plane spinning in a circle) At first I thought it was a great idea... until ... it Spins & Spins & Spins ... with that said... the new app is so much slower. No matter if on strong WiFi or cel signal, I have to wait to do anything on the app... sometimes waiting minutes..
Why I love SW

SW Airlines has been a favorite of mine for many years. After flying other airlines and always being frustrated I started flying SW. It only took one or two flights for this traveler to decide it was the best airline ever. From your friendly staff to your outstanding hostess and pilots my experiences are always a pleasure. Southwest rates far above ANY airline in customer service, travel...which includes flight attendants as well as those piloting the plane, gate attendants, baggage handlers, etc. and is the best in ease of use for booking. Can't say thank you enough to everyone at Southwest!
Best app of all the airlines

Far above all the other airline apps I’ve used. One minor quibble: would be great if it remembered “most recent airports” or if I could set a default for departure airport. Gets tiresome scrolling down the list all the time. Still, it’s top notch. Performs well, responsive and quick to use.

For the last 18 months, no one at Southwest has been able to help me figure out why this never shows up on my Southwest tickets? One out of 10, it shows up. It’s frustrating that Delta American United and every other carrier I fly with has zero problem with this, but my favorite airline travel on can’t figure it out?
