App should be able to store frequent flights. Should not have to put in cell phone number every time boarding pass is sent via text. They should make operations for A list preferred more repetitive. Thanks
Southwest dominates all other mobile apps

I fly every week. Sometimes I need to use a different airline on short notice. It is terrifying how bad other airline apps are. Southwest nailed it. Very intuitive and well presented. No clutter. Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about.

Tremendous app. Easy to use and extremely efficient. I travel 50 or 60 times a year and it has made my life much easier.
Ok and could be better

The site is slow to load but it’s great to have the ability to quickly obtain your boarding pass. Some significant functionality is missing on the app like using travel funds etc. Could likely be intentional since they don’t make it easy to track or find available travel funds. Not sure why transparency isn’t extended to travel funds as with fares (transfarency). Again, the app is ok not great.

It would be great to know what gate your connector flight is at when you land at the airport via notification.
