Can’t feel the action while working out compared to other earphone …. It sound crisp but not make you feel enough action

The UI is difficult to navigate as the controls are too small and the app itself only works about 4/10 times. To accomplish simple tasks it often takes two or three force restarts for the app to work at its most minimal level. Highly dissatisfied and Sony can and should do better. Premium headphones should come with a premium quality app.

Sony is one of the biggest brands in the world. Yet they still can make Ann app like it’s 2005. What kind idiot was like “hey let’s make a feature that stops the music when you start talking. Oh also I will randomly turn on and off. Can’t connect to the app? Oh well you’re just going to enjoy in silence.” I’m begging you Sony please care about your customers.

Since Google Assistant is no longer working, the headphones are not are desirable as before. Sound quality is decent and I like the adaptive noise cancellation feature but I wish the agreement with Google didn’t end.
