I agree with all the people here complaining that the app is HORRIBLE. EVERYTHING IN THE APP IS BUGGY, GLITCHES M, and RESPOND SO SLOW. PLEASE LISTEN TO WHAT THE PEOPLE ARE SAYING. DON’t GET ME WRONG THE HEADPHONE IS AMAZING BUT YOUR APP IS THE WORST FOR NOW YOU RECEIVE A STAR UNTIL YOU FIX THE APP.

I would love if y’all can let us change the audio on the control center on the iphone instead of going thru the app because im using the MDR-950B1s and i like to change the bass and sound, it would be better if it was in the control center and would worry about going into the app, PLEASE IMPROVE.
Sub par headphones, app is garbage.

I honestly don’t even have words. I should’ve gotten apple AirPods. How am I supposed to adjust my earbud settings if the headphones app continuously crashes or doesn’t connect? Save your money.
Need better music service compatibility

YouTube music service, google music, Apple Music. The feature is awesome how the 360 sound is but without decent support nobody really gets to enjoy it. I’m super happy I finally have a custom eq for listening to music on an apple device! Noice cancelling control is a first and welcomed. The more robustness the nc gets and control gets, the better. Wya to go Sony!

1.) the terms and conditions no one is reading, are beyond invasive for a pair of GD headphones. So you’re going to track what I listen to, and own that information, and share it with lenders? Absolutely unacceptable! You have no regard for customer privacy, or safety. 2) so now I can’t use my headphones without internet? This is just plain ignorant. So if you travel, or you’re anywhere away from the internet, these headphones will not work. That makes zero sense. 3) you cannot sync other devices up to the headphones. For example, I can’t set them up, then have my husband use them on his phone. Why? This is ridiculous! 4) this app, isn’t only invasive, it crashes constantly. Sony has no intentions of fixing this issue, or any other issues users are having. They care little about the customers concerns.

Horrible App after recent update

The app automatically updated itself a couple of weeks ago. I tried opening the app and it would crash after the launch page. Horrible. This app was always super buggy and Sony clearly doesn’t care about ease of use. Just selling products. Most of the special feature for this headphone is linked with the app, so if the app doesn’t work, your headphone basically is trashed.
Ambient sound settings not saved

Please for the love of god make it so whatever ambient sound setting you had on last is what is on next time you turn the headphones on. The way it is now active noise cancelling is on by default which most people only use when on a plane or in a car. Whatever setting you had it on when you turned it off should be what is set when you turn them back on.

The app has a lot of problems , One of it is a huge one it makes my headphone turn off (Wh-1000mx3) please fix it
