Changing network?

You would think this would be a simple operation. It is not! I have now spent nearly 5 hours watching and rewatching the video and trying to perform the function. Problem is the place to change doesn’t exist where the video suggests it should be, Ugh!!

I integrated my Somfy myLink shades via Smart things. Works well and can automate the shades to whatever times I want. Even close them automatically when I start watching a movie on my home theatre. The app is great and I never have issues with it. I just wish you can use the myLink app outside of the network l, where you can open and close the blinds directly through the app when away. I had to integrate smart things to do that and I feel the app should be able to do the same thing as well with a few updates. That’s why I gave it a 4 out of 5. Over all well done.
App not stable

Pairing process is a nightmare. I tried many many times and finally got it working. The app could get stuck at step #1 on auto configuration screen after entering wifi username and password. It could also get stuck searching for myLink device. I’d suggest unplug, plug and use pin tool to reset myLink device if pairing didn’t succeed. After paired, it’s not stable either when controlling the awning. “Internal error” happens a lot.

Does not commit with my blinded after the ting reprogram so many times still doesn’t work!
Latest Update Loops

In the latest update, it’s prompting me to go through the Update Wizard. It loops between the 5 steps to rest myLink and the Updating myLink screens. Updating doesn’t work. Please test properly before releasing to public.

It is so convenient having this on my phone instead of trying to find the remote. I always know where my phone is, the remote not so much.

Can’t change my WiFi network. All online instructions don’t work. In setup mode. On somfy network on my mobile device. App open. The app says myLink not found. No matter what I do. Please fire your programmers and hire better ones. Also do some QA on this issue.
Sunset/Sunrise Offset needs more than 2 hrs

Setting schedules with Astronomic offset is very useful, but offset needs more than 120 minutes. Why limit to 120 minutes? Depending on season and sun light angles, would be nice to set larger offsets. For example, a 3 or 4 hr offset would lower shade as first sunlight ray enters room.
