Not a fan

mcconnel disappointment

I have Lutron throughout my house which works great from anywhere in the country. Even when I’m in my own home this MyLink doesn’t function. I wish I could get rid of it but it’s the only app that can control my awning which I actually can’t control with it. Terrible product

?

solsupremo

Poor communication between the my link and the WiFi

Piece of crap!

Jeffw1220

Does not work and router is in the same room!!

Absolutely unreliable

CodingMerc, LLC

Connectivity to the remote is spotty and very unreliable.

Lacks SIRI support

Driving-blind

This would be great with HomeKit support. If SIRI supported it, that would be most of what I’d like to see.

Grrrrrr

BusaSpeeding

Set up but software states ‘ internal error ‘

Works every now and then

Newsdude123

The system is very unreliable. Works about 20% of the time. Not sure if it’s the app or hardware, but it’s very unreliable

Simple but efficient

OC Maman

It's pretty much like like her remote. I wish we could see on the phone screen as it comes down so we can stop it half way for example.

App is slow

bkorek

This app is very slow. I have high-end UniFi mesh routing with 200Mbps internet access and no other WiFi issues. This is the only slow app on my iPhone XS. The Somfy remote works great, but this app needs a different networking layer. Every time I open the app I wait 30 seconds to nearly 2 minutes for it to reconnect. I only wait about 3 seconds for Wemo, Kasa, and Vera. Usually 5 seconds for ecobee. And all those do more than Somfy. I hope they update soon.

No widget or homekit support

ipd?

Widgets have been around for 5 years, as long as this app has existed and still no widget. It would be extremely useful since this app is extremely slow and takes forever to get to any action I’d like to accomplish. And still no homekit support. It’s 2020, you’re years behind the times.
