Sound doesn't work all the time

The app works but I'm still having issues with the sound not working at all when I use my iPhone 6 Plus fully updated. I wish this app would update more often.

Works great unless you are using Chromecast!

Had Slingbox for quite some time now. I recently upgraded and started using Chromecast and the experience has been painful!

Update: With iOS 11, SlingPlayer stops working when the iPhone connects to external speakers. Both by lighting and Bluetooth connections. The video pauses and the iTunes music starts. SlingPlayer in iOS 11 widget still does not show My Favorite Channels. All channels are 'not able to access program data.' The app itself is an solid app. Just the widget is buggy.

iOS 11 is clearly not supported, as it’s not giving me the same features to watch recorded shows, so uselsss.
Casting will not Work

The chromecast button will not stay connected no matter what I do. I know how support is and they don’t help at all. It’s pointless.
Slingbox is the greatest.

Nothing like it, nothing works better. I travel as part of my job. Use it everyday on multiple different devices. Always amazing. Software keeps getting better over time. Upgraded to the M1 and found better functionality but better way to connect my IOS to Apple TV (or directly by HDMI). Amazing picture on my 55 inch TV 300 miles from the source. I could go on & on but love Slingbox.
