Can not close app with iPhone X

The only way to close the app on an iPhone X running IOS 11.2.5 is to power off / on the phone. Please update the app.

Slingbox 500 - Check Roku ultra - check Premium SlingPlayer app - check iPhone 8 Plus - check 3 months of forums, trail and error, it just doesn’t work. I don’t know if the app is trash, the box is trash or both. Don’t waste your money
Not working for iPad iOS 11.2.6

SlingPlayer for my iPad running iOS 1.2.6 consistently gives a message “server error” when trying to connect. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and turned device on and off several times to no avail. Can some please advise what is going on? I miss using SlingPlayer on my iPad! Works well on iPhone.
Needs a major overhaul

Works with a lot of hiccups. Navigation on mobile devices is frustrating, often does not work. Remote mapping and response is slow.

I had the free application to sling to my Roku and it was only in standard definition so I thought that bind the $15 version would give me high definition and it is the same exact thing that seems to be a huge problem with Slingbox on Roku but nobody is willing to talk about but it’s all over the Internet if you Google it I guess I will ask for a refund
