Keep getting error message that phone and/or sling box are not connected to the internet. However, my phone had internet connection and my sling box worked just fine on my laptop. Obviously it is the app.
List dvr button gone?

Where did the list dvr button go? It was there and now its replaced with a button we don’t need

I used to love sling box but lately the connection drops all the time. I was utilizing the free app but the sound wasn’t ever working so I tried the 14.99 app for SlingPlayer and no luck there either. It’s a great idea but they have so many glitches to work out!
Doesn’t work with Roku streaming Stick Plus.

Bought a brand new Roku stick ONLY for the use of this app. Literally. The list of supported devices listed all kinds of Roku products. The one I bought was the newer 4K stick. I never thought I wouldn’t be able to use the slingbox app with their “newer” streaming stick. I called customer service cause at first had no idea why it wasn’t working. No help at all. Guy just said “I think your Roku is too new and the app isn’t set up to work with it....too new? Unacceptable. They need to update their product. Spent hundreds on their best box and $15 for an app. Keep up man!

The app desperately needs an update to accommodate the functionality of the iPhone X. In order to delete a window or app with the iPhone X, you must swipe up from the bottom of the screen. When doing this on the slingbox app for iPhone, it changes the channel and is incredibly difficult and frustrating to close out the app. Please fix this ASAP.
