I love this mirror! You can see from all angles and the magnifier is perfect for eye makeup application. I like the lighting choices for different times of day. I’ve bought many mirrors but none compare with this one.

Every single time I have to order trash bags it’s such a hassle. I registered the trash can and I always choose “once” and when I go to order again it won’t let me. The option doesn’t show the down bar and it’s so aggravating and I have to make a new one trash can in the app every single time. Please fix this cause I am getting so annoyed.

I usually don’t give reviews on things but this app is horrible. I cannot purchase any liners from my garbage can, tried to do like someone else said by registering a new bin and didn’t work. I can’t find any liners in any stores close to me and Amazon has them but more expensive. Thanks to another review I easily purchase them from their website

Interface is horrible. I like that they are going for a minimalist look but it’s not functional or user friendly. You can’t easily figure out what buttons mean or how to do anything. When you do select something only a blank screen pops up. Also, all products actually available online are listed. For instance, 10 oz Foam Sensor Pump I just got, not listed. Also, you can’t update anything on your account through this app. If I have to go to the website to do anything then what is this app even for besides a waste of space on my phone!?

Terrible setup process and tries to force payment setup. Wouldn’t recognize online account that already existed.

Honestly. At first, I was surprised the reviews were so high, but then I filtered by date and that said it all. Most positive reviews are 2-3y old. Worst app I’ve ever used. Constant errors and timing out. SH would be better off deleting the app completely before creating a new UI from scratch. I’ll try the website in hopes that it’s smoother because I’m officially out of bags and there’s no way I can order from the app.
