Purchase this can approximately one month ago. Great easy to use perfect fit best garbage can I ever had I would recommend for the finest of homes.
Not Optimized For iPhone X

Seriously... I use over a dozen apps, and this is the only one that has black bars on the top and bottom. Please optimize this app for the iPhone X phones!

Can’t control the brightness of my mirror

I don’t know if it’s because I am using an IPhone X but I can no longer use the app. I used to be able to control the brightness but it seems like I can’t press any of the options on my home screen.

When my wife decided to spend $100 for a trash bin to put in our upgraded kitchen I thought it was overspending. From the time I removed it from the package I was very impressed of it’s sleek design and awesome steel appliance. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Thank You Simplehuman
Liner shipments don’t work

I’ve been waiting for a shipment of trash can liners for about 2 months. I set the delivery cycle I want (120 every 4 months) and it shows me a shipment date. Good so far. But about 1-2 days before delivery the app auto-pauses my shipment. I have to unpairs manually, which of course extends my shipping date. I feel like Sisyphus over here...
Very Cool Mirror

I just got this mirror the other day & am still learning how to use it, but so far I’m impressed. Not sure how I feel about using an app to turn lights up & down, etc., but I’ll keep an open mind over the next 2-3 wks. I love the size, the style, & not having a cord to hide/manage. I do wish the magnifying disk/mirror could be in a higher location so I didn’t have to hunch over to tweeze (like off to the right on upper part of mirror). I gave this 5 stars out of box after 1 use - maybe a tad premature... but so far I’m liking much more than my last Zadro round flip around mirror w/knob for power/light. Hopefully this new technology will be easy to get use to & the quality of lighting, etc will be worth the extra $$!
