Really cuffed
I searched far and wide prior to purchasing this garbage can from QVC. It came with a nice supply of bags. It is absolutely what I was hoping for, and more. The app is wonderful, too. I would recommend simple human to anybody, anywhere for anything. Thank you for the excellent product. Simple solutions for Simple people!!

I’m getting too many bags, and I tried to cancel my order using the app and there is not an intuitive way that works. The drop-down arrow’s that I tried to use were grayed out. I emailed them asking to cancel the order and no response to cancel, instead a confirmation of shipping two days later. I couldn’t find another way to log on to a website and change info or cancel the order. There is not a way to remove your credit card, only add new ones. My hands felt tied using this app.

SimpleHuman: That such well-designed products would be associated with such a frustrating app is mildly funny and mostly disappointing. Lots of glitches, occasional crashes, regular hang-ups — and I have yet to make one successful order from the app. As an app that’s meant to take a small task and make it both reliable and effortless, it does neither. I’ve purchased multiple SimpleHuman products over the years and have never regretted a single one. Unless I count this app as a purchase, because I give up. I installed this app when it first came out and have tried it out after multiple updates. It never seems to get better. But my patience is gone. So the app is now deleted from my phone. I’ll stick to ordering online the old-fashioned way!
Difficult to use

It’s pretty much unusable. It’s very difficult to navigate. I can’t get to my account information without scrolling through many pages of products. I tried to purchase something with Apple Pay and it wouldn’t take my payment. I must have tried about ten times. Each attempt I got an error code with a request to try again. Lastly it won’t show past purchases even though I have made multiple purchases in the past. I use their website and my purchases show.

I received a notice my next replenishment shipment will be on the way. Unfortunately the app crashes every time I log into my account to make the necessary adjustments. I've contacted support and the website doesn't have a page to adjust my frequency shipments. What's going on here?

How about you add all your products on the app. This his how the future is trending and for your app to not have your new products when the public buys them is frustrating. I sent numerous customer emails regarding this only to be told to use another product with the same lettering. That’s not the point. I have many simplehuman products because I like the brand. But forget this app.
