Love my waste bin!

Though it may seem tiny, this waste bin holds a heap of flower clippings, junk mail, meat tray, dirt and dust from the floors, excess wet dog food, you name it! It expands to fit your needs, is extremely tough yet flexible, and the size is perfect so that we fill it up for a couple days and toss before the kitchen starts to smell - like it would if we had a large, standing trash bin. It’s discrete and even when you do open your cabinet, its sleek design and dark colour is an upgrade to other waste containers. Incredibly sturdy bags, and bin!
Crazy easy, only bulk options

This process is so simple and easy to use, which is why I was drawn to it. However, we have a small household and try to minimize waste, so we only use 1-2 bags per week. That means 120 bags (the smallest unit I could buy the M size in) is more than a year’s supply, but the longest period possible is 10 mo. A smaller option for small homes would be nice.

I’m happy to see a couple of improvements that might increase the longevity of this useful device. First is a hole in the interior liner holder that lets the air out as you place the liner into the can. Next is a hydraulic action when the lid closes so it does not come down with a bang. I hope this lasts longer than the 18 months the last two kitchen cans I have owned. The size is just right for our small kitchen that I hesitate to buy anything smaller or larger since this is the perfect size to fit our needs. The hole in the back of the liner in the interior liner holder will help keep the plastic liner from bunching up at the top and therefore making the lid of the can catch creating more pressure on mechanism that opens a lid causing it to fail inside of two years. I will be happy to buy a lifetime of liners if only the mechanism that opens the lid will hold out that long.
