Great Products, BAD App – simplehuman Review

Interface is horrible. I like that they are going for a minimalist look but it’s not functional or user friendly. You can’t easily figure out what buttons mean or how to do anything. When you do select something only a blank screen pops up. Also, all products actually available online are listed. For instance, 10 oz Foam Sensor Pump I just got, not listed. Also, you can’t update anything on your account through this app. If I have to go to the website to do anything then what is this app even for besides a waste of space on my phone!?
