Great app, expensive prices!

I just wish the trashcan liners weren’t so expensive! I know you have unique sizes for your trash cans, which is neat, but please dont take advantage of the consumers because they require special size liners!
Less accommodation to small households

The app is great. The product quantity and frequency of replenishment (minimum of 120 bags for trash; maximum of ten months as an interval for “automatic” shipment) are still far too “generous” in favor of the supplier for our household of two. More flexibility is in order, beyond leaving it to the consumer to delay a scheduled re-order. Very poor management choices and less than superior mindfulness of the range of needs.

We just purchased the can and we love the sleek look with the perfect trash liner fitting tightly and securely. We purchased at Sams .. do they have these liners too or is this the only way to obtain them.. Also, why did we not need to put in our Serial Number to obtain the warranty?? No touching! Large bags and so much cleaner. You have to open it with your foot so you don’t have to touch the can with your hands!

app drops internet connection

love my trash cans & the liners from SimpleHuman. app is awful, though. i can’t use it to order more liners because the app drops the internet connection, whether I’m on wi-fi or a cellular signal. i’ll just order them online. first world problems!
No place to register for warranty

The only reason I signed up for this app is because it said that I can sign up for the 10 year warranty well after 10 minutes there is no place to sign up for the 10 year warranty. I seem to like the trashcan at this point but this app isn’t so great
