Needs more Siri Shortcuts support

HuskySushi

This could really be something else with Siri shortcut automation, like automatically turning the air conditioner on when running a workout automation from my watch, or an endless number of creative combinations. I just wish the app did a little bit more

Not happy with subscription

Thvseyogglfdgjdbkfkda

I have had this device for years and originally purchased it based on the fact that scheduling Climate React was coming soon. At no point was I told that would be a paid subscription offering so now I feel that I got the bait and switch. Overall I have had to fight with this device for years. Other than it being a glorified IR blaster I am not seeing the value in it anymore. I will be switching to another brand with local control. I give it two stars because it at least it will turn on my A/C in the morning before I get up.

Subscription ripoff

corvett360

Bought this device a while ago and it work well. But the fact there is a monthly subscription to be able to use more features with geofencing is a rip off. I would have never bought this device if I would have known there is a subscription to use additional features. Edit: I received a response from the developers. I get it, you guys have most features on the app for free. But as I customer who has bought 4 of these devices, I shouldn’t have to pay a monthly subscription to use all the features that could be added for free. I have had the Sensibo sky devices for over a year, I would have never bought anything from Sensibo if I knew the newer features would cost more to use. So apologize all you want but it doesn’t change the fact that you are milking as much money from loyal customers as you can.

New update breaks Siri Shortcuts

All my shortcuts don’t work. New ones created from Sensibo don’t work either.

Great update and finally iPad support!

dnwr98

I did experience the bug with the app not starting but all I had to do was reinstall the app. The next thing it needs is HomeKit support.

Bring the refresh feature back

Awesome drummer11

The device works well with my A/C, the only problem I have is that the new update removed the refresh feature in the app and the room temperatures are not updating in the app. Now to see if the room temperature has changed I need to exit and close the app and then reenter the app so that it updates its status.

Decent app

antiautomation

The latest update makes things prettier but would really love some easier scheduling flows like Nest has.

Difficult and buggy

The Mouse Knight

The setup wasnt easy, and Im pretty computer savvy. The app kept saying the ac was on when it was off and vice versa. The climate react button crashes the app leading to a gray screen. Also the app said the unit was at 75 degrees when in fact it was at 68 degrees. I bought this to keep my pets alive at home when Im gone in the heat. Im not inclined to trust it with their lives. Will probably look for more stable options. Changed my review from two stars to one because they have no phone support at all - only email, and that is slow. Seems like they are not competing on the professional arena.

Nice but.......

Love the Idea, and it works with my Daikin heat pump. I’m disappointed that the climate react feature is useless, every time I try to open “climate react” I get a blank gray screen.
