Need iPad landscape version

Manuchan

Great app, great device, all in all I love having added Sensibo to my home almost 2 years ago. I would give it 5 stars if there were an iPad app with landscape mode !

Wonky

Apfelmaennchen

I ordered two of these devices. Setup of the firmware update (first step) never completed for either of them - I have no way of telling their version/if they’re up to date or not. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! The devices recognized the capabilities of our Lennox mini split heat pump fast and correctly. Yay. The built-in Wifi receivers are VERY weak - during setup our network showed as one bar where other devices in the same rooms show the same network as strong. The devices weigh almost nothing; cheap electronics worth less than $5 I’m sure. But ah well, at the end of the day you pay for the functionality, and it should save us money down the road, and thus pay for itself. It does appear to work fine so far; I set up a daily On/Off schedule as well as a temperature-depending On/Off schedule (which I assume only kicks in during the timed hours, but I have yet to confirm that as the software shows those functions side by side).

Incredible idea, 5th grade level app

Michael Dodge

If you’re used to 2019 level smart apps, be prepared to get in a time machine to 2001. Just about everything you want to do is not intuitive or aligned with how we typically behave with smart devices. I hope more products can be sold and cash can be heaped in for better/more developers... To clarify, I love the idea of this product. Just please make the app aligned with other smart device interfaces...

Small Icons

Newbie08

The unit works with my Mitsubishi, but the icons are so small. I have a hard time seeing those icons. Please make them larger.

Location setting doesn’t work, bad support

Kelly McDonald

Climate react is supposed to work based on phone location. It doesn’t work. I get home and it doesn’t turn on, unless I open the app (which defeats the purpose). I emailed support weeks ago about this, sent them logs, sent them screenshots of settings, etc and have not been offered a fix.

Update broke some features

KillroyWasHere

When I first got it and installed it worked great. Then one of the updates changed something and now it will not turn off my Daikin mini split no matter what remote I pick on the app. Not being able to turn off the AC is a a HUGE problem and their customer service cannot figure out why this is happening. Beware of updates or this hardware period. Can’t even use it due to this.

Latest october 2019 update has bugs

POrtizM

Cannot add schedules for actions to my different a/c through the app. Every time I hit the PLUS (+) button to add actions, app crashes. Have tried several times without luck.

Can't add more devices from iPhone

dauffret

Having happily used the sky device for years, I decided to purchase more in order to control all five AC units in my flat. I was able to "pair" only 2 devices, with support telling me the rest could be done with initial install on an Android device. Also the repeat part of the scheduling functionality is not working.
