Outdated app with poor UI

Gmanstranger

This app is pretty frustrating and looks like the UI hasn’t been updated in years. Setup is pretty painful and things that should be simple like telling the device to forget a room are nearly impossible.

Ugly but otherwise flawless

Works as advertised. Super easy to use and set up. Can’t complain other then the fact that it’s ugly AF.

An amazing product but,

Brawn Boyzz

I simply feel in love with the product the moment I bought it. It works perfectly fine with most of the Split unit I have experienced but the only issue I think is the the product needs to be reset everytime when you need to change the WiFi network. It will be really awesome if it can be changed without doing so cause once the devices are fixed in an unreachable place or hidden it’s really annoying. Kindly consider this. Thanks This is the only thing that’s keeping it from being perfect. It’s just close to perfect without this option.

Well developed app

Max

I work in product development for a major financial services company on their app, I don’t write many reviews. The way this app is designed - the performance, functionality, even its animations - are top notch. I was not expecting to be so impressed by it! Simple, effective, with visual delights. Well done!

Works great

UX is little outdated but it works great. It’s easy to use and to create recurring schedule. Possible improvements: it will be good to have the same graphs available on the website.

Handy Product!!

I am very impressed with the product and the software just do enough to compliment it. Compatibility with my LG Inverter and Midea Cassette type units are seamless. I like the schedules, works well. My office used to be an oven in the morning, but now thankfully I can find good comfort when I walk in the morning. Integration with HomeKit would have been the icing on the cake.

Not great

JayHeavner

App can not locate me which means my units turn off. I’ve set a ridiculous radius and manually updated my location and it still shows me as “away”. I tried to submit a problem in the app but after typing it and hitting send, it asked me what I wanted to do. I’m guessing it only works with the default mail app which I don’t use. So far I’m not impressed.

It works

SL2305

I bought the Sensibo for my Airbnb Guesthouse so i can turn the A/C off when guests forgot about turning it off when they leave. So far I am very impressed with it and Instalation was very easy. Price was ok but I was surprised that they charged me 15$ for shipping in the US for such a small package.

Want to give it a 5, but...

555sexydrive

The application keeps closing on me every time I attempt to set my location up. I just received the unit today, living in Japan and it was able to quickly connect to my WiFi. It updated itself and then after multiple attempts I was able to connect it to my Daikin. Able to control the unit, but the controls are limited compared to the unit’s original remote. Unable to set any movement of the blades or the actual direction of the air, so the stock remote will still be utilized. Of course I wasn’t expecting that ability, really just wanted the location based ability and able to somewhat control the unit from my phone. Hoping the troubleshooting team will be able to solve the app shutting down when attempting to set the location of the device.
