Update: I see the app developer has hired people to write fake reviews... Doesn't accept -verified correct- information. Very non-user friendly. No online support at all. Waste of time

This app is horrible. Stops my card from being used anywhere. The only place I can get access to my money is at a red river bank ATM. Do not use!!!!

This app is a great idea that needs some work. I love that I can be notified the second my card is used and I don't have any trouble in stores or at the atm but online is a huge problem. my card is constantly being denied at amazon. The settings are set so that there shouldn't be any issues but I still get constant denied payment notices. With a little work this app would be perfect.

Can't paste password

This app annoyed me from the very beginning. I use a password app to create good passwords -- but this app won't let me paste passwords from the password app not its password field. I suppose this is for security reasons, but it forces me to create a weak password in order to use it, thus defeating any advantage it might gain from disabling copy/paste. Other problems include a limit of 12 characters in the password: this is getting close to being insufficient these days. I'd prefer at least 16 characters for a password on anything, but to insist on a maximum of 12 on a *banking* app is downright foolish.

Touch ID does not work

This app has a setting option that turns on Touch ID. However, I need to type in my password each time I want to access the app on my iPhone 7. The app remembers my user name but does not give me the option of using Touch ID to log on.

It’s was nice app while it lasted I am giving this app 1 Star rating because the Touch ID never works and I tried to log in with my password I that did not work it was the right password and all I click on the forgot password tried to put in a good strong password with the right characters like this app says to do still wouldn’t accept my creative password. Oh well I deleted this app off my iPhone.

Logging me out

Sometimes after a day of not using the app it completely logs me out without remembering my password. Please fix this guys! Thanks!

This app goes beyond the on/off other banks offer. I’m able to limit by merchant, location, spend amount. The alerts are pretty instantaneous and I can turn it on and use it immediately and then turn off. Definitely the way to go if you want to prevent fraud in your accounts. Not many institutions offer it but I have my debit and credit cards with Velocity Credit Union and they do!
