When I first started using this app it worked great and I loved the almost immediate alert it gave when my card was used. I don’t know what happened with the latest update but I cannot log on at all. Have tried resetting the password but nothing works. The button for contacting the developer just leads to a blank screen. The app still sends alerts but I can’t log on to do anything with them. Don’t bother downloading until the developer fixes this.

The app does not work properly, i am unable to login and i am get a LOGIN_103 error message even if i change password. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. the last possible thing i can think of is that the last update messed up how it operated. please fix this issue.

After the last update to the app can’t log in to use the app anymore. Still get notifications but the app has logged me out with no way to get back in. Please fix ASAP.

This app needs some serious work. It always glitches. I have not been able to successfully log in for the past week or two. I know that my username and password are not wrong. I am not the only one having this issue. I have talked to others using this app and they’re experiencing the same issues. I have tried pressing the “Contact Us” button in the app but it just takes me to a white screen. Even when I could log in to this subpar app, the Face ID would only work about 50% of the time. Whoever is developing this app needs to spend some time fixing all the bugs and listening to customers. This should have been fixed a long time ago.

New update, broken app. Can’t log to the app no matter what you do. Can’t contact them either, all you see is a blank page. Can’t wait for them to fix it so I can unsubscribe from their service and once and for all delete this piece of crap app. Once again, save yourself from the headaches, don’t download and install.

After the update, I can no longer log in. I have tried resetting my password countless times but it still won’t let me log in. When you click on the contact us page, it does nothing; you are looking at a blank page. I loved this app before the update and I don’t know how I will get the app to delete my card now that I can’t log in. If the developer actually reads these comments, maybe this issue will get fixed. I enjoyed the app quite a bit until this last update and now it is garbage.

Not ONLY after the update can I not log in, but since my card was turned off at the time I can’t use it!!! I went to the contact page which was blank. Then after calling the phone number listed on their website it says it’s disconnected! I thought my money would be more safe with this app but it ISN’T! Now I have to get a new card if the issue isn’t resolved

I use the app daily, with 3 debit card accounts. I like the security offered that my cards can’t be used except by me. My bank suggested it - smart move. The most recent update did cause a glitch. I deleted, downloaded the app again and was good to go.
