Complete FAIL!!!

I keep my card locked for a reason. That reason doesn’t include being denied access 1000’s of miles from home. Your latest update now has me utilizing company cards for personal expenditures. This is not acceptable.


I want off this app

I am having the same problem an earlier poster stated. The app has stopped working. I can’t sign in. Can’t change my controls. My card has been declined at the reservation desk at the hotel chain I regularly make reservations online with. There seems to be no way to contact anyone with Equiplock- the “contact us” page is blank. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

I had set up my bank account with the SecurLOCK app. It worked 2 days. Now I cannot get in with my username and password. When I request the token to reset it tells me it was sent to the email address associated with my account but I do not get it and I checked trash and spam no token! I called the bank today and explained what happened and I was told by the lady helping me she would take my phone number and call me right back and I never heard from her!

This update did NOT fix the login problem. Please fix this. Can’t even reset the password. I’ll be removing your app if it isn’t fixed soon.

I did what the developers said to do - uninstall and reinstall the app. Still doesn’t work. Very disappointing. I will let my contacts at my credit union know. This app is embarrassing.

This app is great but right now it’s not so secure. I have it set up for Face ID and when I don’t have my phone in front of my face it still logs me in. Also it keeps asking me to use my location even when I don’t have my location turned on. So hoping there is an update for this to fix this problem.


Resetting password

I have been trying for weeks to get the email I need to give me the code I need so I can change my passwords because I forgot my passwords. Nothing is easy about this one because they want you to login or register on Secure lock equipment. Is that a joke?


Working again!

After being unable to log in for weeks, the developer, in response to my review, asked that I call my financial institution. I did, and they could see that I had been locked out. Once they reset my account I was able to log in again! Giving them four stars for the correct advice and support. Generally I really like the app. It’s a simple interface, but I like that I can see immediately when I’ve used a debit card.

I’m experiencing same as SammyD. Updated app twice, won’t get an email to change password. Won’t even accept my username. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. NOTHING. PLEASE FIX THIS!
